Oak Hill Collaborative, a Youngstown-based nonprofit, will celebrate the eighth annual Digital Inclusion Week, led by the National Digital Inclusion Alliance, by hosting 18 events across Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

Digital Inclusion Week, which runs today through Saturday, is a national week of awareness, recognition and celebration. It honors the efforts of communities and organizations who are dedicated to bridging America’s Digital Divide. Oak Hill Collaborative, 507 Oak Hill Ave., has been an affiliate of the NDIA since 2017.

This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Mobilizing Towards Sustainability,” perfectly aligns with OHC’s goals to empower, educate and ensure digital access is available to all Ohioans.

“Here at the collaborative, we celebrate Digital Inclusion Week to recognize the need for increased opportunities to bridge the Digital Divide by highlighting the variety of classes and workshops we offer to the public across the Mahoning Valley,” said Patrick Kerrigan, executive director.

OHC said it extends an invitation to advocates, policymakers, educators, media and all committed to digital equity to help make Digital Inclusion Week a seminal moment in the ongoing efforts to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the digital resources they need.

All workshops and classes offered are free and are listed below:

● 10 a.m. to noon today — OHC Bootcamp focusing on safety resources and 2023 scam report.

● 5 to 6 p.m. today — Microsoft Monday at OHC and Thrive 10:10, which is inside Girard First United Methodist Church, 22 N. Market St., Girard.

● 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday — Adobe Photoshop, OHC

10 a.m. to noon Tuesday — Multimedia content development, OCCHA, 3660 Shirley Road, Youngstown.

● 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday — Podcast 101 at OHC.

● 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday — Excel with Excel, TriYounity LLC, 239 Main Ave. SW, Warren.

● Noon Wednesday — Stump the Navigator via Facebook Live.

● 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday — OHC Bootcamp focusing on Microsoft vs. Google
