Lunchtime lecture looks at MVHS history

The Mahoning Valley Historical Society will explore its own history in a Bites and Bits of History program at noon Thursday at Tyler History Center, 325 W. Federal St., Youngstown.

Executive Director Bill Lawson will discuss the founding of the society, where it’s been and where it’s going as part of the organization’s 150th anniversary celebration. The program is free and attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch for the program in the center’s Thomas Ballroom.
