HOWLAND — Because of the ongoing diverging diamond project by ODOT, starting today, the ramp from state Route 82 eastbound to state Route 46 northbound will be closed through late spring 2025.

The detour will be Route 82 east to state Route 193 to Route 82 west to Route 46.

Beginning Tuesday, Route 46 northbound and southbound under Route 82 will be subject to 15-minute periods of stopped traffic through Sept. 6. These periods of stopped traffic will occur daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for the placement of bridge beams.

Also, starting Sept. 4 and continuing through Sept. 6, the ramp from Route 46 southbound to Route 82 eastbound will be closed for bridge beam placement. The detour will be Route 46 south to Route 82 west to Elm Road to Route 82 east.
