YOUNGSTOWN — No injuries were reported when a bullet fragment was found in the door of a microwave Tuesday morning.

Police responded to the call at a home in the 500 block of West Warren Avenue on the city’s South Side after 2:30 a.m., according to a police report.

Officers checked the home and found a suspected rifle bullet on the kitchen floor, as well as a partial bullet in the trim of a stairway. Later, another bullet was found in the home, and an officer returned to collect it.

The police report states that officers also found two bullet casings in the roadway on West Warren Avenue.

The resident said nobody living there has a “beef” with anyone. No one was injured.
