Canfield roofing company plans to break ground on $1.2M office building
Sky Roofing, a Canfield-based residential and commercial roofing company, plans to build an 18,000-square-foot office building next to its headquarters on West Western Reserve Road, the company announced.
Groundbreaking for the $1.2 million building is scheduled for July 1, with completion estimated for the fall, according to the company.
The company, founded in 2001 in Youngstown, also has offices in Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati.
Performing the work is 4Sky Construction, which was founded this year by Matt Estephan, who also owns the roofing company.
The new building is one of 4Sky’s initial projects, according to Sky Roofing.
