NILES -- State Route 169 will be closed eastbound and westbound between Bentley Street and Fulton Street from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for a construction project Thursday. The closure is for a water transmission valve replacement project, according to a city news release.
The city urges drivers to use caution while traveling near the construction and follow detour signage. Traffic delays are expected.
