YOUNGSTOWN — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that would lead to the capture of fugitive Terry Treater, who is wanted by the U.S. Marshal’s Service for a federal probation violation.

Treater, 63, is described as a white male, 5-foot-3 and about 125 pounds, known to frequent the Youngstown-Warren and Cleveland areas, according to a news release from the task force.
