The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Mahoning County this week. All scheduled work is weather permitting.

Beginning today, the ramp from Interstate 76 westbound to state Route 534 in Milton Township will be closed through early May for noise wall construction. The detour will be I-76 westbound to state Route 225 to I-76 eastbound to Route 534.

Also beginning today, U.S. Route 224 just west of Poland Way in Poland Township will be closed through mid-April for a culvert replacement. The detour will be state Route 616 to U.S. Route 422 to Pennsylvania Route 376 to Route 224.

The ramp from Interstate 680 southbound to Indianola Avenue / Shirley Road will be closed through mid-April for resurfacing.

The detour will be I-680 southbound to state Route 170 to I-680 northbound to Shirley Road.
