Youngstown man indicted on rape and other charges

YOUNGSTOWN — Rory J. Stephenson, 42, of Roslyn Drive in Youngstown, was indicted Thursday on rape, compelling prostitution, three counts of corrupting another with drugs and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

If convicted, he could get more than 30 years in prison. His indictment alleges that between July 1 and Dec. 5, Stephenson engaged in sexual conduct with a juvenile under age 16.

Stephenson also is alleged to have furnished or administered a controlled substance to the juvenile and is alleged to have committed other offenses against the juvenile.

Others indicted Thursday are:

• Jonathan E. Peek, 46, Mahoning County jail, having weapons while not allowed, aggravated menacing and carrying a concealed weapon.

• Larry A. Phillips, 43, Lansdowne Blvd., grand theft.

• Andre M. Morgan, 33, Miami Avenue, harassment with a bodily substance, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

• Francis M. Fasline, 32, West Park Avenue, Hubbard, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, operating a vehicle under the influence and misdemeanor disobeying a traffic control device.

• Thomas S. Lepo, 31, Fairgreen Avenue, two counts of felony operating a vehicle under the influence.

• Rush C. Fairbanks, 40, Ohio Avenue, McDonald, grand theft.

• Jerome W. Gilmer, 23, West Dewey Avenue, intimidation, retaliation, vandalism and obstructing official business.

• Ashley B. Croley, 38, East Judson Avenue, breaking and entering.

• Keith E. Ellison, 20, Mahoning County jail, obstructing justice.

• Stephen J. Cannon Jr., 30, Selkirk Avenue, Austintown, cocaine possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Eric S. Holsinger, 62, 1806 Market Street, failure to register.

• Monica E. Eucker, 27, Baker Avenue SW, Warren, receiving stolen property.
