Section of downtown Youngstown streets to be closed for city hall work

YOUNGSTOWN -- West Boardman Street between Phelps and Hazel streets will be closed from about 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today for the delivery of air conditioning equipment to the roof of city hall.

Access to the Youngstown police garage will be maintained.
