CANFIELD — Salem Regional Medical Center will open a new primary care and diagnostic services facility Feb. 19.

The office at 5002 Millennial Lane, Canfield, near the intersection of U.S. Route 224 and Palmyra Road, will host an open house for the public 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Other events Tuesday include tours from 4 to 5 p.m. and a 4:30 p.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Primary care services include preventative and wellness care, sick visits, chronic disease management and women’s health care.

Also at the facility will be ARC Medical Imaging, an independent diagnostic testing facility, that will provide onsite diagnostic services, including CT scans, 3D mammograms, digital X-rays and walk-in availability for certain services.
