Grand jury hands up list of indictments
YOUNGSTOWN — The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury:
• Kevin P. Kramer, 45, Ridge Avenue, felonious assault.
• David P. Rowbotham, 47, Leland Avenue, Poland, menacing by stalking.
• Ashley B. Croley, 38, East Judson Avenue, two counts of breaking and entering. This was a superseding indictment.
• Raymond D. Atkins, 37, Market Street, Lisbon, having weapons while not allowed and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Ronnell G. Fort, 26, Market Street, North Lima, having weapons while not allowed, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and obstructing official business.
• John R. Machel, 45, Trumbull Avenue, Girard, aggravated drug possession; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them; and two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a listed controlled substance or a listed metabolite of a controlled substance.
• Joe Jackson, 25, East LaClede Avenue, cocaine possession, obstructing official business and possessing drug abuse instruments.
• Joe Jackson, 25, Cooper Street, escape and aggravated drug possession.
• Tyrel J. Rodgers, 35, Woodcrest Avenue, cocaine possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Shawn Villers Jr., 19, Stanford Avenue, Austintown, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business.
• John W. Rudolph Jr., 39, Wilmette Lane, failure to comply with an order of a police officer and obstructing official business.
• Bryant T. Toney, 32, Mahoning County jail, fentanyl-related compound possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case; cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Bridgette C. Scholer, no age available, Apple Valley, Calif., marijuana possession and marijuana trafficking.
