Police activity reported Nov. 30-Dec. 3:
Dec. 3 -- Courtney Frenger, 29, 1293 Neil Ave., Columbus, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for failure to signal following a traffic stop on Talsman Drive.
Nov. 30 -- A 16-year-old Salem boy was referred to Juvenile Court for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.
Nov. 30 -- James Brooks, 20, 831 Pike St., Alliance, and Jaidan Brooks, 18, 92 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, were each issued summons for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle regarding a Nov. 21 traffic stop.
Nov. 30 -- Ratosha Burney, 35, 804 Willard Ave., Warren, was arrested on charges of falsification, obstructing official business, and driving while under suspension, and was cited for a defective exhaust following a traffic stop on South Canfield-Niles Road.
