Activity reported Nov. 1-13:

Nov. 13, 10:07 p.m. — Car fire reported at 514 N. State St. Vehicle was smoking in the lawn by the back parking lot of Nickel’s Bakery and Sforza Eye Care.

10:01 a.m.– A toddler girl was walking around outside a residence on West Kline Street unclothed. The toddler was discovered by a mail carrier.

Nov. 12, 6:52 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 711 N. Highland Ave. after a fight in progress between a man and woman. The caller told police she was afraid the man would return.

6:27 p.m. — A caller reported she was watching people’s dogs and asked them to come and get them and they would not. The caller told police the dog’s owners made threats to her about doing things to the house.

2:08 p.m. — Police assisted the fire department with a lift at 209 Churchill Road. Caller reported a man lying in a parking lot breathing and conscious, but unable to get up.

6:02 p.m. — Injury reported at 41 W. Broadway Ave. after a man at a laundromat had fallen and hit his head.

10:05 a.m. — Custody dispute reported at 300 Elruth Court.

Nov. 11, 8:15 p.m. — Stolen vehicle reported at 320 Elruth Court.

Nov. 9, 8:45 p.m. — Harassment reported at 625 Washington Ave. after the caller told police her ex-boyfriend keeps driving past her house.

Nov, 8, 2:32 p.m. — Juvenile reported being left alone at the bus stop on Indiana Avenue. The caller took the 5-year-old to the house where he lived, but no one answered the door.

Nov. 7, 7:27 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 1125 N. Highland Ave.

12:22 p.m. — Unauthorized use of vehicle reported at 201 W. Prospect Ave. after a friend of the car owner took the vehicle and did not return it after a week.

Nov. 6, 6:51 p.m. — Possible child abuse reported in the 100 block of North Market Street. The caller said child was frightened of being hit.

4 p.m. — Threats reported at 123 E. Kline St. after a man threatened to shoot a woman and then fled the scene. A warrant was issued through Girard Municipal Court for Nathan Burton of Warren on charges of disorderly conduct and aggravated menacing.

Nov. 5, 2:10 p.m. — Theft reported at 100 N. Market St. after caller told police $1,820 worth of items, including a wireless keyboard and monitor, were at a person’s house who refused to let him get them.

Nov. 4, 7:31 p.m. — Juvenile runaway reported at 120 Morris Ave. after foster mother told police the child was missing.

6:33 p.m. — Telecommunications harassment reported at 18 E. Second St. after the caller received multiple and annoying text messages.

4:50 p.m. — Telecommunications harassment reported at 100 N. Market St. after the caller told police a person living in Michigan was trying to contact her.

3:12 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 961 Woodlawn Ave. after a fight between a father and son took place. One person left the scene when police arrived.

Nov. 3, 9:58 a.m. — Property damage reported at 420 S. State St. after the driver of a vehicle told police he had sun in his eyes and ran up over a curb at Shell Gas Station.

Nov. 1, 12:30 p.m. — Unauthorized use of vehicle reported at 553 W. Liberty St. after the caller told police her ex-boyfriend took her car and was refusing to return it.

Nov. 14, 11:12 a.m. — Gregory J. Croom, 36, 199 Lowell Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd.

Nov. 13, 8:38 p.m. — Michael D. Malone, 33, 57 Leighton Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and was cited for two headlights required, and Stephen D. Hogan, 34, 956 E. Boston Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe) and on a Campbell warrant for failure to appear, following a traffic stop on Arlene Avenue.

Nov. 12, 8:18 p.m. — Luis F. Alvarez Hernandez, 28, 204 Reta Lane, Boardman, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia (meth pipe), and operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for driving while under suspension and open container, following a call to 5135 Market St. for a Hispanic man who was unresponsive in a pickup truck.

Nov. 11, 1:04 p.m. — Jasinn X. Village, 18, 4804 Pine Trace Drive, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Best Buy, 561 Boardman-Poland Road.

10:22 a.m. — Tammy D. Ingledue, 60, 35 1/2 S. Main St., Columbiana, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property following a traffic stop on Market Street.

8:44 a.m. — Andrew L. Howard, 32, 134 Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of obstructing official business and on an parole violation warrant (undisclosed entity) following a call to 1994 Mathews Road regarding a domestic situation.

1 a.m. — Corey J. Jones, 27, 1714 Forest View Drive, Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman warrant for assault and aggravated menacing.

Nov. 10, 11:41 p.m. — Ryan E. Velk, 57, 7111 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of drug abuse (crack cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), following a traffic stop on Rockdale Avenue.

11:04 p.m. — Kayla L. Rogers, 24, 1080 Churchill Hubbard Road, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

5:24 p.m. — David C. Lanning, 23, 34 Dogwood Drive, Warren, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

4:01 p.m. — Shana Silvaggio, 49, 124 New York Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at 1300 Doral Drive.

Posey, 55, 1258 Lenore Ave., Columbus, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, driving while under suspension, and failure to reinstate, and was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and open container, following a call to 708 Boardman-Canfield Road for a man acting strangely and possibly under the influence.

Nov. 9, 9 p.m. — Albert A. Boykin, 31, 182 Melrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

7:59 p.m. — Robert J. Repko, 66, 1880 Sequoya Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

7 p.m. — Two 17-year-old Youngstown boys and two 14-year-old Youngstown boys, were arrested on charges of theft and were released to their parents following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

3:45 p.m. — Sandy R. Williams, 38, homeless, was arrested for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe), following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Nov. 8, 6:23 p.m. — Joseph W. Ward, 32, 2276 W. Manor Ave., Poland, was arrested on an undisclosed warrant through the Pittsburgh police and was cited for disobeying a traffic control device (red light), following a traffic stop on Larkridge Avenue.

Nov. 17, 3:16 a.m. — Patrick J. Noon, 39, 237 Watson St., Lowellville, was arrested on a Girard warrant for failure to comply following a call to 3 Peggy Lane regarding an assault.

Nov. 16, 7:38 p.m. — Hoy E. Grubaugh, 50, 2122 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Girard warrant for resisting arrest following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue.

4:47 p.m. — Theft of a license plate from a vehicle reported at 990 Compass West Drive.

Nov. 15, 4:41 p.m. — James M. Tinker, 36, 3871 Edinburgh Drive, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of driving while under suspension and was informed of pending charges based on the results of BCI lab results for suspected cocaine, fentanyl and marijuana.

Nov. 14, 3:20 p.m. — Brandon W. McDowell, 43, 40 S. Lakeview Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft at 3700 Oakwood Ave.

10:52 a.m. — Theft of oil from an outside vat reported at Bruno Bros., 5549 Mahoning Ave

1:21 a.m. — Christian T. Billett, 26, 1719 S. Heights Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for a probation violation and a Youngstown Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear, following a call to Woodhurst Drive for a wanted person.

Nov. 13 6:49 p.m. — Criminal damaging (a window broken out and a steering wheel damaged) reported to a vehicle at 45 N. Raccoon Road.

6:25 p.m. — Michael J. Glaros, 64, 5126 Birchcrest Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of aggravated menacing following his medical release from St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

11:52 a.m. — Alicia R. Wiseman, 40, homeless, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia (glass pipe) following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
