Police activity reported Sept. 22-Oct. 1:

Oct. 1 — Joel Davis, 39, 740 Maple Ave., Boardman, was issued a summons on charges of drug abuse (marijuana) following a traffic stop on South Broad Street.

Oct. 1 — Justin Burton, 33, 834 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant on a charge of failure to appear, and Kourtney Douthard, 30, 593 Blossom Ave., Campbell, was issued a summons on a charge of a traffic control device violation (red light) following a traffic stop on North Broad Street.

Sept. 30 — Joshua Marshall, 36, 225 Melrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft by deception, following an investigation into paid contracting services that were not completed.

Sept. 28 — Alejandra Cabrera, 23, 1274 S. Lincoln Ave., Salem, was cited on a charge of assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash on East Main Street.

Sept. 25 — Jodi D’Andrea, 61, 2921 Roy St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of sexual imposition following an investigation into a report of an individual being sexually harassed at work at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.

Sept. 22 — Theft of garbage services reported at 7 Court St. after someone placed a couch in a trash receptacle without the property owner’s permission.

Sept. 26, 9:30 p.m. — Angel L. Ortiz, 31, 1342 E. Florida Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Austintown police on two Boardman warrants for theft.

7:29 p.m. — Rosetta B. Ross, 40, 834 Compton Lane, Youngstown, was arrested by Campbell police on a Boardman warrant for theft.

6:39 p.m. — Two 13-year-old Boardman girls were each arrested on charges of theft following a shoplifting call on Doral Drive.

6:15 p.m. — John C. Garber, 61, 5032 Firnley Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for driving left of center and failure to reinstate, following an investigation into a vehicle stopped in opposing traffic on Sheban Drive.

3:07 p.m. — Stephen D. Comer, 43, 62 E. Auburndale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

11:35 a.m. — Aaron P. Carlson, 49, of Ida, Mississippi, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at 7001 Southern Blvd.

12:28 a.m. — Ryan J. Conner, 42, 1210 Blaine Road, Monaca, Pa., was arrested on a Boardman warrant for failure to appear following a call about a suspicious person at 8585 South Ave.

Sept. 25, 5:58 p.m. Teri L. Bequeath, 55, 1697 West Western Reserve Road, Poland, was arrested by Beaver police on a Boardman warrant for theft.

3:18 p.m. — Nicholas H. Kovacs, 41, 205 Shields Road, Boardman, was arrested on two Mahoning County warrants (for theft and failure to comply) following a call to 753 Beech Ave. regarding someone towing vehicles off the property.

1:06 p.m. — Lily L. Marshall, 20, 9159 Market St., Beaver, was arrested on a charge of possession of drugs, following a call to East Western Reserve Road regarding an unconscious person in an SUV.

2:05 a.m. — Tyler M. Penwell, 23, 256 S. Osborn Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of criminal tools, following a call about a stolen vehicle.

Sept. 24, 11:57 p.m. — Tyler M. Penwell, 23, 256 S. Osborn Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at 133 Boardman-Poland Road.

12:01 p.m. — A 12-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property following a call about a stolen go-kart on Erskine Avenue.

Sept. 23, 5:33 p.m. — Shawana L. Tarver, 32, 916 Winona Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at the Southern Park Mall.

9:18 a.m. — Colleen M. Murray, 44, 5312 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a Columbiana County warrant for possession of dangerous drugs, following a call to the Glenwood Avenue and Shields Road area regarding a woman being followed.

Sept. 22, 10:40 p.m. — Aaron A. Gallinella, 35, 8010 Salinas Trail, Boardman, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence and failure to control, and was cited for open container, after a vehicle crashed into a telephone pole on Indianola Road.

3:12 p.m. — Richard A. Huston, 26, 529 Cambridge Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, following a call to the area of South Avenue and Simon Road regarding two suspicious men carrying five backpacks.

9:34 a.m. — Dustin J. Martin, 36, 62 Auburndale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on Boardman warrants for theft and domestic violence threats.

Sept. 21, 5:30 p.m. — Joseph H. Best, 41, 45 Lincoln Ave., East Palestine, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at 8025 South Ave.

11:30 a.m. — Sequette R. Clark, 51, 72 Terrace Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for child endangering.
