GIRARD – A secret indictment by a Trumbull County grand jury outlines several sex charges leveled against a 31-year-old Girard man accused of raping two underage boys.

The eight charges of rape carry the potential of life imprisonment for Nicholas Clark, of North Saint Clair Street, who was arrested and booked into Trumbull County jail on Sunday.

Clark also was charged with a single count of gross sexual imposition.

The offenses alleged in the indictment started in 2016 and lasted until around January of 2022 — the victims in the matter were as young as 7-years-old when the alleged sexual abuse began.

An arraignment hearing will be held Wednesday before Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Cynthia W. Rice.
