Oct. 18, 3:08 a.m. — Sterling X. Wiley, 39, 2916 Hudson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Oct. 17. 10:20 a.m. — A woman who entered a business at 4026 Market St., opened a product and stuck her finger in it, then fled the store in a red Nissan SV.

Oct. 16, 8:58 a.m. — Scott B. Jackson, 57, 2437 Edgewater Drive, Poland, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing, following a report of a man living in a display storage shed at 7001 Southern Blvd.

Oct. 15, 10:26 a.m. — David A. Kaplan, 61, 7350 Salinas Trail, Boardman, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for theft.

3:05 a.m. — Thomas C. Smith, 43, 6605 Katahdin Drive, Poland, was arrested on a charge of having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, following a call to 950 Boardman-Poland Road for a man asleep behind the wheel.

Oct. 14, 7:25 p.m. — Ashanti E. McGregor, 19, 164 Ogle Terrace, Akron, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and possession of criminal tools, and Lateefa Shanay M. Heater, 32, 350 George St., Barberton, was arrested on charges of theft and obstructing official business, following a shoplifting call at Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

Oct. 13, 8:55 p.m. — A 15-year-old Youngstown girl was arrested for disorderly conduct (failure to desist) following a call to the Boardman High School football stadium regarding a fight under the bleachers.

4:02 p.m. — Ke vin D. Payne, 58, 782 Yale St., Akron, was arrested on a charge of theft, Anthony L. Orr, 55, 815 Kenyon St., Akron, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property and complicity to theft, and Michael D. Cross, 53, 1757 Wakefield Drive, Akron, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana, following a call to 7001 Southern Blvd. regarding a theft.

3:44 p.m. — Jontae R. Pabellon, 20, 367 Penhale Ave., Campbell, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.

12:38 a.m. — A 16-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested on a Youngstown warrant for runaway juvenile and was cited for a curfew violation, and a second 16-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested for attempted theft, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, possession of criminal tools, and criminal damaging, following a call to a Glenwood Avenue location regarding a person attempting to break into a vehicle.

Oct. 12, 11:32 p.m. — Stephanie A. Ventresco, 46, 7424 E. Huntington Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

10:25 p.m. — Andrew S. Bolyard, 34, 60 Sciota Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of obstructing official business and on a Columbiana County warrant for failure to appear.

7:20 p.m. — Kevin D. Bradley, 24, 5000 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested by Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers on a Boardman warrant for two counts of domestic violence.

5 p.m. — Ellis L. Patterson, 49, 2219 Draper St., Warren, was arrested by the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office on a Boardman warrant for theft.

Noon — Hannah R. Michalak, 26, 1711 Canfield Road, Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.

Oct. 11. 7:03 p.m. — Casey E. Colla, 42, 149 Halleck St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

Oct. 10, 11:42 p.m. — Christina M. Gould, 39, 438 Sexton St., Struthers, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for child endangering, following a welfare check on a person at 5235 Market St.

2:23 p.m. — Larry D. Baldwin, 48, 4327 Fairgrounds Road, Atwater, was arrested on a Beaver Township warrant for aggravated menacing, following a dispatch to Aamco Transmission, 7880 Market St.

12:29 a.m. — Michael L. Favors, 49, 158 Lakeview Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a call to Beechwood Drive regarding a suspicious vehicle backed into the driveway of a vacant home.

Oct. 9, 10:55 p.m. — Rodney C. Johnson, 24, 5001 Olentangy Road, Columbus, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs and possession of marijuana, and was cited for a seatbelt violation, driving while under suspension, driving without a valid license, and a marked lanes violation, following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard for a vehicle crossing the center line.

12:18 p.m. — Stephanie N. Bibey, 30, 351 Sanderson Ave., Campbell, was arrested on a charge of obstructing official business, and Rodney E. Mock, 59, of the same address, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and theft, and on four Mahoning County warrants for failure to appear.

Oct. 8, 4:29 p.m. — Ryan M. Trimacco, 37, 6920 James St., Poland, was arrested by Hubbard police on a Boardman warrant for theft.

2:30 p.m. — Gregory A. Wright, 28, 239 Struthers Liberty Road, Campbell, was arrested on charges of criminal damaging and assault, following a call to 134 Boardman-Poland Road.

11:52 a.m. — Darian N. Weston, 28, 4517 Nantucket Drive, Austintown, was arrested by St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital police on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and on active warrants out of Girard.

Oct. 7, 7:48 p.m. — Joseph D. Vince, 44, 2313 Venloe Ave., Poland, was arrested on a Youngstown warrant for failure to appear, and was cited for driving while under suspension and an expired registration, following a traffic stop on Stanton Avenue.

Oct. 6, 2:37 p.m. — Michael L. Pavlov, 26, 5109 Ridge Ave., Canton, was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on a Boardman warrant for violation of a protection order.

10:03 a.m. — Samantha S. Young, 29, 170 S. Main St., Austintown, was arrested by Austintown police who on a Boardman warrant for theft.

Oct. 5, 10:28 p.m. — Patrick M. Jordan, 41, 233 Tod Ave., Warren, was arrested on a warrant for breaking and entering.

5:35 p.m. — Tanisha Bynoe, 35, 170 Hawthorne St., Brooklyn, was arrested on charges of counterfeiting, theft and attempted theft, and Travis M. Bayne, 31, 376 East Ninth St., Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested on charges of counterfeiting, theft and attempted theft, following a call to the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St., regarding a customer attempting to pass counterfeit currency.

2:25 p.m. — Shante E. Crawford, 28, 56 Maple Drive, Greenville, Pa., was cited for a registration of transient vendors violation following a call to Walmart regarding a woman begging for money.

8:10 a.m. — Elie J. Faraj, 38, 838 Stuart Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and aggravated robbery.

3:55 a.m. — Roy J. Taylor, 30, 956 E. Boston Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.

3:24 a.m. — Johnny J. Favors, 42, 1840 Market St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was warned for walking on the road when a sidewalk is provided, following a pedestrian stop on Market Street for a man walking in the road.

McDaniel, 35, 440 Fairground Blvd., Canfield, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and obstructing official business following a traffic stop on Mathews Road related to a report of an intoxicated man being belligerent at 7323 South Ave. and leaving in a vehicle.

Oct. 3, 11:06 p.m. — Dennis J. Drye, 31, 77122 Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for forgery following an investigation into a report of an overdose at 7109 Market St.

9:17 a.m. — Tyler M. Stoddard, 28, 1122 Campbell St., Youngstown, was arrested on a Hermitage warrant for shoplifting and a Boardman warrant for theft.

Oct. 2, 10:06 a.m. — Ralph E. Porter, 74, 1318 Meadowood Circle, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

Oct. 1, 9:30 p.m. — Darby M. Morgan, 53, 616 Gibson St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

8:42 a.m. — A 17-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest and intimidation, and a 16-year-old Austintown girl was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest following a disturbance at an unlisted address.

2:53 a.m. — Jovohna K. Hughes, 25, 14233 Triskett Road, Cleveland, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest following a call to 167 Shields Road regarding a disturbance.

Sept. 30, 11:38 p.m. — Le Jeng R. Schmidt, 22, 7057 West Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to Market Street and U.S. Route 224 for a rolling domestic situation.

10:34 p.m. — Vernon D. Naples, 27, 1716 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on Boardman warrants for domestic violence and strangulation.

4:30 p.m. — Katavian Rivers-Solomon, 24, 744 Wildwood Drive, Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and strangulation, and on Boardman warrants for domestic violence and child endangering.

2:35 p.m. — Akeem A. Minor, 33, 110 Lauderdale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Portage County warrant for failure to appear, and on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence, and was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and driving while under suspension, following a traffic stop on Erie Street.

10 a.m. — Breyonna J. Moore, 30, 1665 Bancroft Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence threats.

Sept. 28, 8:51 p.m. — Derrick L. Brown, 20, 216 Berkshire Drive, Youngstown, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and two headlights required, following a traffic stop on Market Street.

7:26 p.m. — Joseph L. Kozar, 18, 925 Mathews Road, Boardman, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Ferncliff Avenue.

Sept. 27, 8:58 p.m. — Thomas J. Parson, 74, of Dunedin, Florida, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation, following a traffic stop on Western Reserve Road regarding a possible drunk driver.

4:38 p.m. — Gregory Cruz Direnzo, 36, 149 Melrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence, and for drug abuse (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia, following the locating of a wanted person walking on Market Street.

3:31 p.m. — Richard Cochrane, 29, 3980 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an Adult Parole Authority warrant for a parole violation.
