YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday:

• Krista R. Oltmann, 39, Sharpsville, Pa., two counts of theft of drugs and one count of tampering with records;

• Gerald A. Jackson, 40, Columbiana County jail, two counts of burglary and single counts of attempted burglary, grand theft of a motor vehicle, attempted grand theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools;

• Donald J. Hall, 38, Mahoning County jail, domestic violence;

• Julius D. Riley, 47, Mahoning County jail, intimidation, retaliation, assault, obstructing official business and resisting arrest;

• Dontrell D. Collins, 26, Southern Boulevard, Boardman, discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises with a firearm specification and two counts of vandalism;

• Devon M. Stevens, 32, Columbus, aggravated drug possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case; tampering with evidence, two counts of failure to comply with the order of a police officer and one count of obstructing official business;

• Zachery J. Johnson, 25, Elm Street, Leavittsburg, unauthorized use of property, receiving stolen property, breaking and entering, and possessing criminal tools;

• Brittney M. Bridges, 34, East Philadelphia Avenue, identity fraud, telecommunications fraud, theft from a person in a protected class and attempted theft from a person in a protected class;

• Robert J. Thornhill, 34, Akron, failure to provide a change of address.
