Police activity reported May 28-June 14:

June 14 — Julian Davis, 24, 4833 Westchester Drive, Austintown, was issued a summons for drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia (cigar wraps), and was cited for failure to signal, following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.

June 11 — Erkan Nevzadi, 35, 1393 E. 52nd St., Cleveland, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct following a report of an unwanted person at a residence in the 200 block of South Broad Street.

June 11 — Ashley Vangorder, 29, 46 Shields Road, Boardman, was arrested on a Canfield Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

June 11 — Two 13-year-old Canfield boys were issued summons to the Juvenile Justice Center for a curfew violation after they were seen on the bike trail at the Preserve and Mallard Crossing at 2:17 a.m.

June 10 — Monica Corley, 26, 32 S. Maryland Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for telecommunications harassment.

June 10 — Officers responded to the 600 block of Blueberry Hill to take a report about a dog attacking another dog.

June 9 — Anaelie Marrero, 23, 274 E. LaClede Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a report of payroll checks being cashed twice in the 100 block of Hunter’s Woods on Dec. 14.

June 4 — William Jones, 62, 541 Clearmont Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while under suspension, following a traffic stop on North Broad Street.

May 30 — A 13-year-old Canfield boy was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center for disorderly conduct following an investigation at Canfield Middle School.

May 30 — Joshua McCaskill, 33, 300 Glenview Road, Canfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

May 29 — A letter was delivered to Sunoco, 407 W. Main St. following a request by a parent to put the business on notice to reinforce the “proof of age” requirement after a 20-year-old woman was claimed to have purchased a nicotine vaping device from that business.

May 28 — Dajuan Dawson, 36, 706 Chestnut St., New Castle, Pa., was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and speeding (63 mph in a 40 zone), following a traffic stop while working with the OVI Task Force on Boardman-Poland Road.

May 28 — A residence in the 100 block of Hilltop Boulevard was hit with eggs.

Police activity reported May 17-30:

May 30 — Bobbi Bernhard, 23, 15231 W. Western Reserve Road, Berlin Center, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

May 28 – A 13-year-old Canfield girl was referred to the Juvenile Justice Center for being an unruly juvenile after a reported missing/runaway juvenile was located on Bradford Drive.

May 25 — Princess Garcia, 30, 437 Division St., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed Trumbull County warrant, was issued a summons for driving while under suspension, and was cited for a defective exhaust, following a traffic stop on Herbert Road.

May 22 — Janet Norris, 43, 2334 .Ellsworth Road, Salem, was cited for assured clear distance following a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of South Broad and East Main streets.

May 22 — Avery Miller, 18, 15025 Hoyle Road, Berlin Center, was issued a summons for reckless operation (66 mph in a 25 zone) following a traffic stop on Shields Road.

May 17 — Thomas Akers, 46, 584 Moore Drive, Campbell, was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash on Timber Run at Herbert Road.
