YOUNGSTOWN -- The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury:
• Richard J. Jackson II, 35 LaBelle Avenue, domestic violence, disrupting public services and criminal damaging or endangering;
• Clifford O. White, 49, Flora Lane, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and cocaine possession;
• Tyrone C. Brown, 24, Idora Avenue, cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of a gun in a drug case;
• Rayven D. Ortiz, 26, Melrose Avenue, Boardman, assault, obstructing official business and resisting arrest;
• Caleb T. Kaiser, 27, Mahoning County jail, aggravated drug possession, two counts of drug possession and one count of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Matthew S. Myers, 39, Linwood Drive, Alliance, aggravated drug possession, drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Bobbie F. Peterson, 43, Highland Avenue SW, Warren, cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;
• Terrian L. Christian, 34, Samuel Avenue, grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance and having weapons while not allowed with a firearm specification;
• David W. Buchanan, 49, Calloway Circle, Austintown, fentanyl-related compound possession, heroin possession and cocaine possession;
• Jonathan A. Burkholder, 40, Mahoning County jail, menacing by stalking, aggravated menacing, telecommunications harassment and domestic violence;
• Shane M. Jones, 30, Mahoning County jail, abduction, domestic violence and aggravated menacing;
• Bernard E. Daniel, 34, Rush Boulevard, having weapons while not allowed, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and falsification;
• Nikitas Smaragdas, 31, Mahoning County jail, rape and gross sexual imposition.
The grand jury refused to indict Merissa Durda and Austin Swiger.
