Grand jury indicts 14 on felony charges

YOUNGSTOWN — The following people were indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury Thursday:

• Elliott J. Hall, 21, East Auburndale Avenue, two counts of assault and one count of obstructing official business;

• Al-Faud Mohammad, 67, Mahoning County jail, intimidation, obstructing official business and criminal trespass;

• Anthony J. Chilton, 23, Cameron Avenue, failure to comply with the order of a police officer, drug possession and obstructing official business;

• Darrelle A. McMinn, 31, East Lucius Avenue, having weapons while not allowed, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handing firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Fanon D. Vines, 26, Cincinnati, cocaine possession with a firearm specification and specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;

• Whister Winford Jr., 63, Larkmoor Street, Lorain, failure to comply with an order of a police officer, fentanyl related compound possession, cocaine possession and obstructing official business;

• Algernon M. Franklin, 33, Mahoning County jail, having weapons while not allowed with a firearm specification and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Christopher S. Neiswonger, 52, West Virginia Avenue, Sebring, intimidation, assault, aggravated drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Harold J. Shuler, 34, Mahoning County jail, cocaine possession and drug possession;

• Elbert W. Shuler, 37, Parkcliffe Avenue, cocaine possession, controlled substances possession, drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Antuan D. Mack, 42, Mahoning County jail, theft, possessing criminal tools, petty theft, two counts of criminal damaging or endangering and single counts of theft of drugs, theft, possessing criminal tools and petty theft;

• Warren M. Stanley, 43, Stewart Avenue, receiving stolen property and cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;

• Donald B. Bevly, 64, Porter Avenue, Campbell, cocaine possession;

• John G. Hartman II, 43, New Road, North Jackson, intimidation, two counts of assault, one count of obstructing official business, two counts of driving under the influence and one count of failure to comply with the order of a police officer.
