Seats are still available for the Junior League of Mahoning Valley’s 12-hour trip to New York City next month, but time is running out to sign up.

An Andersen charter bus will depart at 10:45 p.m. April 14 from Marc’s in Boardman and drive through the night, arriving in the Big Apple around 7:30 a.m.

Attendees then will have 12 hours to spend as they wish in the city, shopping, dining, sightseeing or even attending a Broadway matinee.

The bus will depart the city around 7:15 p.m. for its return trip to Boardman, arriving around 3:30 a.m. April 16.

The event is a fundraiser for the Junior League of Mahoning Valley, a volunteer organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities. The league’s purpose is solely educational and charitable.
