54-year-old indicted on more charges
YOUNGSTOWN — Robert J. Tullio, 54, was indicted Thursday on additional charges after being indicted initially last October on three counts of rape and five counts of gross sexual imposition.
The alleged offenses occurred from April 2017 through March 2020, and May 2022 involving the same juvenile.
Tullio is now indicted on five counts of rape, 10 counts of gross sexual imposition and 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person. Tullio previously had a Smithfield Street address.
If convicted on the five counts of rape, he could get more than 50 years in prison. The other charges could add more prison time if convicted. He has been in the Mahoning County jail since October.
Also indicted Thursday were:
• Martin L. Stewart, 54, Mahoning County jail, violating a protection order;
• Richard M. Henry, 31, county jail, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or school safety zone with a three-year fsions and three counts of child endangering;
• Leland D. Love, 21, Edwards Street, felonious assault with a three-year gun specification;
• Rashun P. Tennant, 36, Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering, theft and criminal trespass;
• Brian K. Taylor, 51, East Western Reserve Road, Poland, domestic violence and violating a protection order;
• Aaron R. Kramer, 33, Mahoning County jail, fentanyl-related compound possession, aggravated drug possession and drug possession;
• Alan L. Adkins, 51, Barberton, theft;
• Brittany M. Henderson, 30, Laurie Drive, grand theft; and
• Chant’E K. Wright, 21, West Boston Avenue, child endangering.
