The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Cleveland has implemented public procedures for reporting environmental crimes and issues relating to environmental justice.

All concerns regarding environmental matters in the Northern District of Ohio can be reported online at www.justice.gov/usao-ndoh under the “Report Environmental Violations” button.

The office is implementing the reporting procedure according to a new federal strategy that seeks to provide “timely and effective remedies for systemic environmental violations and contaminations and for injury to natural resources in underserved communities,” according to a release.
