WHAT: Board of Education meeting Sept. 22

PRESENT: Diane Alejars, Mark Zuppo, Sue Ellen Davis, Vince Ragozine and Joe Datchuk

The board:

Approved an agreement with United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley for providing programming in the form of Success After Six through June 2023;

Approved working with the Ohio School Council for advertising and receiving bids for the purchase of a 78-passenger conventional school bus chassis and body;

Entered into an agreement with ATC Healthcare Services LLC for substitute nursing services and Athletic Performance Training Center for strength and conditioning services for students;

Approved Lauren Lemley as deaf mentor / communication facilitator on an as-needed basis at $20 per hour.
