YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday returned 28 indictments.

The following felony cases will be arraigned next week:

• Darnell J. Williams, 31, in care of Mahoning County jail, rape, corrupting another with drugs and contributing to the unruliness of a child;

• Emma M. Wymer, 40, 3014 South Ave., Youngstown, endangering children, contributing to the unruliness of a child;

• Joseph M. Bell, 33, 201 Southwind Drive NE, Warren, importuning;

• Mark A. Reda, 28, Beechwood Drive, Poland, importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and possessing criminal tools;

• Elia Sorice, 68, care of Mahoning County jail, violating a protection order;

• Matthew A. Relsen, 40, in care of Mahoning County jail, trespass in a habitation, obstructing official business, aggravated trespass, assault, harassment with a bodily substance, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, abduction, robbery, assault, and criminal damaging or endangering;

• Jairice L. Shelton, 22, 630 W. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, carrying a concealed weapon, inducing panic and disorderly conduct;

• William P. Johnson, 44, North Richview Street, Youngstown, having weapons while under restrictions and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• Cassandra Santiago, 27, Sheehy Street, Youngstown, grand theft motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle and vandalism;

• Kenneth P. Green, 35, Tarentum, Pa., having weapons while under restrictions, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and receiving stolen property;

• Trinity S. Brown, 29, 337 Belmont Ave., Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;

• Hector J. Parrilla, 23, Alexander Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;

• Lynell B. Lockhart, 25, Parkwood Avenue, Youngstown, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs;

• Darius D. Dates, 23, Dewey Avenue, Youngstown, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs;

• Delante L. Simms, 27, Hilton Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, possession of cocaine with specification for forfeiture;

• David Tribble, 41, Mistletoe Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, obstructing official business, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, two counts endangering children;

• Qweon L. Drayton Washington, 20, in care of Mahoning County jail, felonious assault, assault, criminal damaging or endangering and arson;

• Walter J. Jackiewicz, 43, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse;

• Dustin J. Stafford, 39, North Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown, aggravated possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse;

• Bryce C. Hickman, 20, of Cincinnati, criminal damaging or endangering, sexual imposition and disorderly conduct;

• Vincent D. Marbley, 57, Eliot Lane, Youngstown, possession of cocaine;

• Travon D. Robinson, 29, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine and possession of a fentanyl-related compound;

• Antwain T. Blackmon, 35, in care of Mahoning County jail, having weapons while under restrictions;

• Julian C. Hicks Montgomery, 20, South Heights Avenue, Youngstown, carrying a concealed weapon and discharge of firearm on or near prohibited premises;

• Phillip J. M. Turner, 20, Shirley Road, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

• David L. Cochrane, 26, Jackson Street, Campbell, aggravated possession of drugs;

• Brandon E. L. Stores, 35, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine;

• Annette B. Tellington, 30, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, assault and criminal damaging or endangering.
