Mahoning grand jury indicts 19 people
YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted the following people:
• William J. Snowden, 40, Mahoning County jail, two counts of aggravated drug possession and single counts of LSD possession and drug possession.
• Salcedo J. Pacheco, 40, Bright Avenue, Campbell, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Aaron J. Rozier, 40, Green Acres Drive, aggravated drug possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case and drug possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case.
• John A. Laneve, 53, North Road, Warren, breaking and entering, vandalism, theft, receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools.
• Allante Donaldson, 30, failure to comply with an order of a police officer with a firearm specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm, tampering with evidence, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and obstructing official business with two firearm specifications.
• Eric M. Greathouse, 28, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, petty theft and two counts of criminal trespass.
• William J. Snowden, 40, two counts of aggravated drug possession, two counts of drug possession and single counts of obstructing official business and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Shaun C. Davis, 18, Forest Park Drive, Boardman, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Myretta A. Martin, 41, Mahoning County jail, receiving stolen property and falsification.
• Deja J. Thomas, 25, Kendis Circle, felonious assault.
• Orlando M. Kirk, 29, Mahoning County jail, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and obstructing official business.
• Eric Merchant, 27, Emery Avenue, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Delmarco D. Lee, 27, Akron, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• George Gutierres, 31, Mahoning County jail, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Dwaylin M. Jenkins, 31, Parkcliffe Avenue, aggravated drug possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case.
• Samuel J. Tush, 27, Mahoning County jail, fentanyl-related compound possession, two counts of aggravated drug possession, and single counts of cocaine possession, drug possession, failure to comply with the order of a police officer and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Barry L. Ford, 40, Smithfield Street, New Castle, Pa., improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Christopher A. Troisi, 52, Buckeye Circle, two counts of cocaine trafficking.
• Brian C. Underwood, 36, Julian Street, failure to provide notice of change of address.
