City water hours to change

YOUNGSTOWN — Starting Nov. 1, the Youngstown Water Department’s customer service lobby’s new business hours will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. The office is located on the first floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

The office hours are currently 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Starting at $3.23/week.
