Youngstown Italian Festival concludes today with Mass, wine, music

YOUNGSTOWN — The 35th Greater Youngstown Italian Festival concludes its three-day run today from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with food, music and camaraderie in downtown Youngstown. Hosted by the Italian Heritage Foundation of Youngstown, the $5 entry for people 12 and up helps fund scholarships and charitable donations.

Outdoor Mass will be 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at West Federal and Phelps streets.

The homemade wine contest is 2:30 to 4 p.m., and various musical guests are scheduled to perform throughout the day and evening, beginning with the Lowellville band at 1:30 p.m. on the Roma stage, and ending with Dom Tocco at 10:30 p.m.

At the wine and beer tent, music begins at 3:30 p.m. and closes out at 11 p.m. with the House Band.
