YOUNGSTOWN -- The U.S. Marshals Service issued a second request Tuesday for the public's help in finding Andre S. McCoy Jr., one of three men indicted on aggravated murder and other charges in the Sept. 21, 2020, murder of 4-year-old Rowan Sweeney in Struthers.

Also two men wanted in connection with two separate Warren murders also appeared on the marshals' recent most wanted list.

McCoy, 21, of Redondo Road; Kimonie Bryant, 24, of Struthers; and Brandon L. Crump Jr., 18, were indicted in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on charges that could result in the death penalty if convicted.

Bryant and Crump have been in custody for months, but prosecutors say they do not know where McCoy was when he disappeared, but he was not charged with anything at the time.

Initially, officials said McCoy suffered serious injuries in the shootings and was receiving medical care. After he did not appear for his arraignment months ago, prosecutors said they did not know where he was.

Rowan died and four adults -- including McCoy -- suffered gunshot wounds when a man entered a home on Perry Street in Struthers on Sept. 21, 2020, in what police have called a robbery.

The three other adults who suffered gunshot wounds are Yarnell Green Jr.; Rowan's mother, Alexis Schneider; and Cassandra Marsicola.

The U.S. Marshals Service Northern District of Ohio Youngstown Division asks for anyone who knows the whereabouts of McCoy or four other most wanted males to call the phone numbers below.

All are considered dangerous and should not approached by members of the public. The last time McCoy was listed as a Most Wanted was June 22. McCoy is 5 feet 9 and about 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
