YOUNGSTOWN — The Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley is looking to grow its board of trustees in order to make a larger impact on the community.

The foundation is governed by the board, whose members are responsible for establishing the policies for grants or donations. Requirements include: must be 21; must commit to a three-year term; must attend four meetings annually; must sign a confidentiality agreement; must demonstrate an interest in the needs of children; must be able to devote time to meetings, committee meeting, fundraising and special events; and must serve on an event committee.
