According to township police Chief Toby Meloro, the deliveryman had non life threatening injuries. Reports showed a co-worker drove the victim to the hospital.

Powell is expected to be arraigned Monday before Judge Peter Kontos, while Stroughter’s arraignment is scheduled for Thursday before Judge Ronald J. Rice.

Both men remain incarcerated in Trumbull County jail, with Powell’s bond set at $150,000, and Stroughter’s at $50,000.
