YOUNGSTOWN — A man estimated to be 40 years old was found dead of apparent gunshot wounds inside a home in the 100 block of St. Louis Avenue on the South Side late Wednesday, according to police.

Police were called just after 11:30 p.m. and found the man’s body. If confirmed to be a homicide, it would be the ninth one of the year in the city.
