11:54 a.m. — Theft of medication reported at 850 N. Meridian Road.

11:31 a.m. — Theft of three catalytic converters from vehicles reported at 1108 S. Meridian Road.

10:17 a.m. — Man sleeping in a field reported at 3954 Crum Road. James R. Snowden, 36, 4801 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by way of public intoxication.

9:57 a.m. — Fraud reported at 87 Rosemont Ave. A house was reportedly transferred out of the owner’s name.

May 24, 7:45 p.m. — Disturbance reported on Forest Hill Drive. A 15-year-old boy was chasing a 12-year-old girl with a gun. No arrests were made.

5:05 p.m. — Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle reported at Home Z Suites, 5580 Patriot Blvd. Two white men in a Jeep Cherokee reportedly stole the parts.

2:27 p.m. — Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle reported at 5700 Patriot Blvd.

9:56 a.m. — Theft of prescription medication reported at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

1:38 a.m. — Break-in reported at Golden Food Mart, 4290 New Road. Cigarettes and $1,000 were stolen.

May 23, 9:30 p.m. — Man slashing tires with a knife reported at 203 S. Roanoke Ave. Juan J. Caban, 47, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

2:54 p.m. — Robert M. Rice, 27, 607 Ridge Road, Newton Falls, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse and was cited for driving while under suspension following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue.

May 22, 7:36 p.m. — Theft of a purse containing $30 reported at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

9:44 a.m. — Criminal damaging reported at 2250 S. Raccoon Road. A vehicle was keyed, according to a police report.

May 21, 2:58 p.m. — Theft of a stereo from a vehicle involved in a traffic crash reported. The vehicle was taken to Carl’s Towing, 6704 Mahoning Ave.

7:51 a.m. — Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle reported at Sportsman Barber Shop, 15 N. Wickliffe Circle.

12:30 p.m. — A $5,000 check was cashed by a contractor even though work has not started at 3421 S. Canfield-Niles Road.

May 9, 10:07 a.m. — Theft of a Nintendo Switch, $20 in cash and an Ohio license from a vehicle reported at 1913 S. Raccoon Road.

May 8, 3:35 p.m. — Robert M. Reed, 59, 551 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge following a shoplifting call at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

May 7, 5:59 p.m. — Theft of a lawn mower and tools from an unattached garage reported at 100 Viall Road.
