The Trumbull County Combined Health District will be hosting a vaccine clinic next week to individuals age 16 and older.

The clinic will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds. Those attending the clinic are asked to enter the fairgrounds at Gate A on Bazetta Road, according to the health district. There will be 800 doses of Pfizer offered.

Registration is required and can be completed at https://gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov/ and enter the access code BXRHJ1NS43.

The district also is asking everyone attending to download, print and complete the COVID-19 vaccine administration record form and bring it to the fairgrounds, along with a driver’s license or some form of identification. Those under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and bring either an identification or birth certificate for proof of age.

The health district will not provide the vaccine to anyone younger than 16, those pregnant or breastfeeding.

COVID-19 DATA

The Ohio Department of Health reported 1,050,112 total cases, an increase of 2,003 from Thursday and a 14,560 jump from last week. Deaths also are on the rise statewide. An increase of 74 deaths from Tuesday were reported. The ODH provides death information only on Tuesdays and Fridays. From last week, the state saw an increase of 164 deaths.

In Trumbull County, total cases are reported at 15,533, an increase of 12 from Thursday and an increase of 191 from last week. Deaths reported in Trumbull County are up one since Tuesday and up two from last week.

Mahoning County now has a total of 20,869 cases, an increase of 47 from Thursday and 282 from last week. Death totals have remained neutral since Tuesday. The total stands at 583, an increase of two from last week.

Total cases in Columbiana County sit at 8,535, an increase of eight from Thursday and 68 from last week. Like Mahoning County, deaths in Columbiana County have remained at 226 since Tuesday. From last week, this is an increase of one.
