March 23, 4:36 p.m. — Angela M. Village, 45, 144 North Navarre Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call regarding a person refusing to leave the residence.

2:09 a.m. — Criminal mischief (door and sidewalk spray painted) reported at 1015 Compass West.

12:28 a.m. — Matthew S. Balciar, 31, 2224 Coral Sea Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, resisting arrest and public indecency, and was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device (stop sign) and left of center, following a traffic stop on Oakwood Avenue.

12:07 a.m. — Kirk D. Snipes, 32, 417 Flagler Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of possession of drugs (methamphetamine), and drug paraphernalia, following a call to 4288 Maureen Drive regarding a person refusing to leave the residence.

March 22, 4:54 p.m. — A quick claim deed scam was reported at 317 Forest Hill Drive.

4:46 p.m. — Theft of a Glock 27 gun reported at 4833 Westchester Drive.

11:07 a.m. — Identity theft reported at 1543 Fountain Square Drive.

March 21, 8:21 p.m. — Trevor S. Eash, 32, 1131 Ohltown Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and threats.

4:57 p.m. — Theft of $200 reported at 464 S. Raccoon Road.

March 20, 2:18 p.m. — Ronald V. Visci, 33, 3784 Ayrshire Drive, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse (Alprazolam) and possession of drug abuse instruments, and was taken into custody on a Boardman arrest warrant.

10:39 a.m. — Theft of an iPhone 7 Plus reported at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave. It was later recovered by Girard police.

March 19, 9:08 p.m. — Jamie R. Seaman, 41, 809 Birch Hill Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a Liberty warrant for theft and for receiving stolen property following a traffic stop on state Route 11 for a vehicle with stolen plates report by Youngstown police.

6:19 p.m. — Scott W. Schuller, 49, 3917 Brandywine Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for failure to control.

Puhalla, 61, 1257 Salt Springs Road, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of drug possession (methamphetamine) and on a Youngstown warrant for failure to appear on drug possession charges, and was cited for driving under a license suspension following a traffic stop on 76 Drive.

March 16, 7:09 p.m. — Identity fraud was used to open an account for an Elm Trace Street resident.

4:14 p.m. — Scam reported at a Rhode Island Drive residence.

March 15, 2:41 p.m. — Ryan E. Gibbs, 37, 62 Charnel St., Defiance, was arrested on a Defiance County Court of Common Pleas warrant following a dispatch to California Palms, 1051 N. Canfield Niles Road, regarding a wanted person.

1:12 p.m. — Criminal damage reported to a vehicle at Wendy’s, 27 N. Raccoon Road.

March 14, 9:57 a.m. — James Riley, 70, 2410 Bott St., Youngstown, was arrested on an undisclosed warrant out of Trumbull County and Denise Molina, 60, 1971 McClure Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear on aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and felonious assault, following a dispatch to North Meridian Road to back up Youngstown police on a traffic stop.

March 13, 9:12 p.m. — Cameron D. Tucker, 19, 1313 New Jersey Ave., McDonald, was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon following a call to Comfort Inn, 5425 Clarkins Drive, regarding a man attempting to sell drugs.

3:53 p.m. — Cory M. McCusker, 45, 2210 E. Garfield Road, New Springfield, was arrested on charges of drug abuse (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Corey T. Vukovich, 31, 779 Edenridge Drive, Boardman, was arrested on two counts of drug abuse (cocaine and Fentanyl), possession of drug abuse instruments, and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop on North Meridian Road.

March 12, 6:48 p.m. — Amber M. Blasko, 22, 4637 Driftwood Lane, Austintown, was arrested on charges of felonious assault and obstructing official business following a call regarding a domestic incident.
