YOUNGSTOWN — Steven Little II, 41, pleaded guilty Monday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor for an incident in 2013 involving a girl, 15, in Struthers.

Little was indicted on the charge in 2017, but he was already serving a prison sentence in Indiana and did not return to Ohio until he was booked into the Mahoning County jail last July 20.

His conviction in Indiana, called sexual misconduct with a minor, also involved a 15-year-old girl, prosecutors said.

Little was indicted in Mahoning County on rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, but prosecutors agreed to dismiss the rape count in exchange for Little’s guilty plea on the other charge.

Judge Anthony D’Apolito will sentence him April 28 to up to three years in prison. Little remains in the Mahoning County jail.
