YOUNGSTOWN -- A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday:
-- Elise M. Liga, 35, Meadowbrook Avenue, Boardman, misuse of credit cards and grand theft;
-- Jacob A. Howley, 32, West Liberty Street, McDonald, operating a motor vehicle under the influence;
-- Elizabeth M. Fludd, 45, South Garland Avenue, two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and one of driving under an OVI suspension;
-- Lamar P. Reed, 21, Canterberry Lane, Boardman, failure to comply with the order of a police officer and vehicular assault;
-- Isaiah M. Matthews, 27, St. George Street, East Liverpool, cocaine possession with a major drug offender specification and specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;
-- Carl L. Thurston, 26, Linden Avenue, cocaine trafficking, cocaine possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, all with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;
-- Trinina Crocket, 22, Kendis Circle, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon;
-- Jumal A. McQueen Jr., 26, Cherry Hill Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, obstructing official business with a gun specification, and cocaine possession and drug possession, both with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;
-- Brandon S. Mosier, 28, Market Street, Boardman, failure to verify address;
-- Andre L. Mason, 50, Birch Hill Drive, failure to provide change of address;
-- Aaron D. Sugar, 23, Tremble Avenue, Campbell, failure to verify address;
-- Erica L. Johnson, 27, Dunstan Drive, Warren, four counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, four counts of illegal processing of drug documents and four counts of aggravated drug possession;
-- Christopher A. Gruber, 19, Landsdowne Boulevard, illegal processing of drug documents;
-- Ashia S. Howell, 29, South Schenley Avenue, illegal processing of drug documents.
