YOUNGSTOWN — An unidentified man has been indicted on 50 counts of menacing by stalking, two counts of telecommunications harassment and one count of possessing criminal tools. All of the charges carry a specification of forfeiture of property.

A “Jane Doe” was indicted on 49 counts of complicity in the commission of an offense and single counts of obstruction of justice and possessing criminal tools, also with specifications of forfeiture of property.

Others indicted are:

• Heath G. Shiflett, 31, Seventh Street, Struthers, felonious assault and discharging a firearm in or near prohibited premises, both with a gun specification;

• Gabriella J. Karschner, 18, Cook Avenue, Boardman, two counts of assault and single counts of obstructing official business and petty theft;

• Thomas S. Lepo, 29, Mahoning County jail, intimidation, assault, aggravated menacing and domestic violence;

• Jermaine C. Wilburn Jr., 22, of Tyrell Street, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle;

• Jessica N. Warrick, 30, Georgia Avenue, Sebring, aggravated drug possession and breaking and entering;

• Francis J. Palguta, 39, Linden Avenue, Alliance, aggravated drug possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case and one count of selling, purchasing, distributing or delivering dangerous drugs;

• Spiros I. Tsagaris, 28. Mahoning County jail, assault;

• Walter K. Pearson, 39, Bonita Avenue, fentanyl-related compound possession and a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;

• Jahod L. Rose, 27, West Scott Street, robbery and kidnapping;

• Tyrell A. Williamson, 42, Chicago Avenue, fentanyl-related compound possession and cocaine possession;

• Paul L. Henderson Sr., 37, Mahoning County jail, cocaine trafficking, cocaine possession, aggravated drug trafficking and aggravated drug possession, all with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case, and tampering with evidence;

• Nakeisha N. Henderson, 35, Glenwood Avenue, permitting drug abuse and obstructing official business;

• James A. McLalin III, 41, Gypsy Lane, failure to verify address.
