WARREN -- A Hermitage, Pa., man has pleaded guilty to two felony charges connected to sexual acts with an underage female in Hubbard.
Keith D. Mizicko, 25, of Patricia Avenue, was convicted Thursday as a sexual offender on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Trumbull County Common Pleas Judge Ronald J. Rice revoked Mizicko's bond and will sentence him after he undergoes a background investigation.
Mizicko was booked into Trumbull County jail. His attorney Roger Bauer had argued unsuccessfully to keep Mizicko free on bond until the sentencing date, which will be in about four to six weeks.
Prosecutors say Mizicko was accused of having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl in a vacant Orchard Street home in Hubbard on Sept. 11, 2020. The man also attempted to have oral sex with the girl on another occasion at the same Hubbard location, prosecutors said.
After sentencing, Mizicko will be required to register his whereabouts periodically with the sheriff's office.
