Missing man found in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — City police have located a man who had been missing since Christmas.

Joshua A. Elifritz was last seen by co-workers Christmas morning before he left his job at the Oasis Center for Rehabilitation and Hearing on East Midlothian Boulevard, according to detectives.

Family members and co-workers said Elifritz had not been in contact with his friends and family, and has not shown up for work, which was unusual.

The police department sent out an email update saying Elifritz was found “safe and sound” but no other information was provided.
