Dec. 8, 11:14 a.m. — Angela M. Orr, 58, 556 New Court St., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of criminal tools following a shoplifting call at Ollie’s, 385 Boardman-Canfield Road.

Dec. 7, 8:10 p.m. — Brittany N. Robbins, 23, 5247 Old Oxford Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Dec. 6, 5:09 p.m. — Following a call to a Spartan Drive residence regarding a runaway youth, a 16-year-old Boardman boy was charged with unruly juvenile.

2:15 p.m. — Andre K. Williams, 27, and Tanyce C. M. Johnson, 23, both of 1553 Florencedale Ave., Youngstown, were each arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Dec. 5, 10:26 p.m. — Michael L. Kirchell, 24, 4602 Southern Boulevard, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, assault on a police officer and obstructing official business.

7 p.m. — Elah H. Ali, 32, 60 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

2:33 p.m. — Lena N. Howard, 39, 862 Cook Ave., was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 4, 5:09 p.m. –Darrell K. Moore, 37, 3273 Nelson-Mosier Road, Leavittsburg, was arrested on five active theft warrants out of Boardman.

Dec. 3, 3:36 p.m. — Andrew L. Locke, 36, 10406 Yale Road, Deerfield, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

8:24 a.m. –Jason L. Delauder, 30, 308 Ridgeway St., East Liverpool, was arrested on a Boardman warrant.

3 a.m. — Following a call to 3989 S. Schenley Ave. regarding a man urinating on the floor, Spencer T. Borom, 32, 3624 Hillman St., Youngstown, was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Dec. 2, 10:50 p.m. — Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a woman acting strange, Courtnie D. Mascarella, 35, 2467 Datson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on an active warrant out of Liberty and was transported to St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital for treatment.

4:33 p.m. — Following a crash investigation on South Avenue at Tiffany South, Sherry L. Bowser, 45, 73 Beechwood Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.

2:42 p.m. Following a call and 911 transfer from Youngstown police concerning a domestic situation at 3976 S. Schenley Ave., Keiasia D. Williams, 25, was charged with domestic violence.

4:15 a.m. — Following a call to 6540 Applewood Blvd. regarding a domestic situation, Brandon Byrd, 25, was charged with domestic violence, assault, and assault on a police officer.

Dec. 1, 3:29 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on Wildwood Drive, Lamar P. Reed, 21, 733 Canterbury Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was arrested on failure to appear warrants out of Portage County and Mercer County, Pa.

1:20 p.m. — Following a call to PNC Bank, 7401 Market St. regarding a man striking a female in the bank, Steven A. Haywood, 28, 257 E. Philadelphia Ave., Youngstown, was charged with domestic violence.

Nov. 30, 4:25 p.m. — Following a call to the Southern Park Mall regarding an assault on an employee of Hibbets Sports, Christopher Robinson, 21, 144 Maywood Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of robbery.

3:35 p.m. — Bruce A. Hamilton, 46, 509 Laird Ave., Poland, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
