YOUNGSTOWN -- George G. Hill III, 45, of Shields Road in Boardman, was indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury this week on charges of murder, felonious assault and domestic violence.
Hill is accused of causing the injuries that killed his live-in girlfriend.
Hill called police May 31 to report the injuries he is accused of causing to Jennifer L. Mullen, 35.
Mullen died June 4 at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
Hill is accused of causing serious physical injuries to Mullen late May 30 or early May 31.
Mullen was a 2003 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School who enjoyed doing crafts, baking and gardening, and was a member of Christ Our Savior Parish, St. Nicholas Church in Struthers. She had two daughters, according to her obituary.
The grand jury also indicted:

• Keyla M. Garriga, 26, Mahoning County jail, two counts endangering children;
• Kyrese K. Dixon, 21, 327 E. Philadelphia Ave., Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;
• Amber K. McCombs, 45, 145 E. Michigan Ave., Sebring, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;
• Jonahthun Green, 25, 2930 Burbank Ave., Youngstown, having weapons while under disability, obstructing official business, possession of cocaine and using weapons while intoxicated;
• Chauncey Chandler, 37, 113 Parkway St., Struthers, having weapons under disability, obstructing official business, possession of cocaine, using weapons while intoxicated;
• Cory R. Davis, 27, Mahoning County jail, possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Joshua J. Hunt, 37, 282 Forest Hill Drive, Austintown, theft;
• Matthew S. Marecki, 29, 6320 Big Creek Parkway, Parma, burglary;
• Christian S. Johnson, 22, 519 Judith Lane, Struthers, aggravated possession of drugs;
• Destaney L. Phillips, 25, Mahoning County jail, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and felonious assault, all with specification of prior conviction and repeat violent offender;
• Lucas A. Hammond, 30, Mahoning County jail, burglary, OVI, possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments;
• Joseph R. Solomon, 30, Mahoning County jail, having weapons while under disability, resisting arrest with two firearm specifications;
• Torrie L. Crump, 45, Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of drugs;
• Michael A. Smith, 45, 305 N. Mahoning Ave., Alliance, receiving stolen property and operating a snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle or all purpose vehicle;
• Eric P. Sanchez Jr., 27, Mahoning County jail, receiving stolen property;
• Kayla R. Taylor, 26, 323 N. East St., Uhrichsville, Ohio, receiving stolen property;
• Montell C. A. Scott, 32, KNA 38 Labelle Ave., Youngstown, theft;
• Dontrell D. Collins, 24, 4326 Southern Blvd., Boardman, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
