ELLSWORTH — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle crash Saturday night that killed a Youngstown man.

The single-car accident happened Saturday around 9 p.m. on U.S. Route 224 at Duck Creek Road.

Lee Tych, 58, was driving a Cadillac SRX when he failed to go around a westbound curve and drove off the road, according to the Canfield post of the patrol.

Troopers said the vehicle hit a ditch and then overturned. Tych was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
