Woman struck in hit-skip in Liberty
LIBERTY — A woman was struck by a vehicle driven by someone who fled the scene around 5:30 a.m. Monday on Belmont Avenue, near Interstate 80.
A dispatcher with the Ohio State Highway Patrol said the woman’s injuries were minor and there are no suspects.
