Man in custody for Aug. burglary
YOUNGSTOWN — A Sunset Boulevard man was taken into custody without incident Monday by officers with the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and charged with burglary in connection with an Aug. 29 incident in the 3600 block of Hudson Avenue.
Justin Queener, 33, of 3702 Sunset Blvd., was arrested at Compass West apartments in Austintown. According to police reports, Queener is accused of coming through the front window of the Hudson Avenue home and punching the woman who lived there. The dispute was over a television, the police report states.
