Mahoning grand jury hands up indictments
YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury this week indicted these people:
• Eric J. Haas, 22, South Raccoon Road, Austintown, telecommunications harassment.
• Lyndon M. Nelson, 31, Lois Lane, Girard, felonious assault, domestic violence and failure to stop after an accident.
• Joshua I. White, 40, Spearman Avenue, Sharon, three counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• Matthew M. Condrey Jr., 22, Mahoning County jail, two counts of failure to comply with the order of a police officer and one count of grand theft.
• Ruth A. Phillips, 33, Park Avenue, aggravated drug possession.
• Damon L. Williams Jr., 24, Leo Avenue, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Eddie L. Crook Jr., 28, Mahoning County jail, felonious assault with a notice of prior conviction specification and repeat violent offender specification. He also was indicted on grand theft.
• Zachary M. Snoeberber, 28, Church Street, Louisville, unauthorized use of a vehicle.
• Sara J. Machuga, 37, Terrace Drive, Boardman, grand theft.
• Stephen A. Machuga Jr., 51, Terrace Drive, Boardman, receiving stolen property.
• Derrick M. Tillman, 56, East Midlothian Boulevard, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
• Casimiro A. Ellis, 40, Mahoning County jail, cocaine possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case; heroin possession with a specification of forefeiture of money in a drug case; being a felon in possession of a firearm with a firearm specification; tampering with evidence; failure to comply with the order of a police officer; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a specification of forefeiture of money in a drug case.
