HUBBARD — A 25-year-old man is being held in the Trumbull County jail on charges of unlawful sexual contact with a minor and contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a minor.

Keith Mizicko, 25, pleaded not guilty to the charges Monday in Girard Municipal Court, according to court records. Municipal Judge Jeffrey Adler set bond at $10,000 on the felony charge of unlawful sexual contact and $7,500 on the misdemeanor charge of contributing. The judge also ordered Mizicko have no contact with juveniles.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday. Mizicko was booked into the jail Friday and remained there as of 4 p.m. Monday, according to jail records.

Police were called April 14 to a Shadow run apartment on West Liberty Street, an address he has since moved from. Court records state his address is on Patricia Avenue in Hermitage, Pa.

The original call was for a medical emergency, but the apartment manager told police he had received complaints about juveniles hanging out at the apartment, drinking and doing drugs, the report states.
