Police activity reported Aug. 14-25:
Aug. 25, 12:20 a.m. — Following a call to Days Inn, 7393 South Ave., regarding a suspicious person causing problems at the front desk, Veronica L. Scott, 33, 3431 Hudson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing official business and child endangering.
Aug. 24, 4:40 p.m. — Krystal L. Vinion, 36, 4325 Wedgewood Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Aug. 23, 8:59 p.m. — Logen E. Blair, 22, 7373 Salinas Trail, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a fight call to the Boardman Plaza, 207 Boardman Canfield Road.
8:21 a.m. — Joshua I. White, 40, 7167 Glendale Ave., was arrested on three Boardman warrants for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Aug. 22, 10:25 p.m. — Nicole L. Ginnis, 25, 2126 Knollwood Ave., Poland, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (test refusal) after a crash on Southern Boulevard.
11:21 a.m. — Janay S. Veal, 33, 681 Cook Ave., was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.
3:54 a.m. — Dominic F. Felleti, 43, 7077 Bristlewood Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and Matthew C. Schnur, 44, 4611 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse (crack cocaine) following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard.
Aug. 21, 11:41 p.m. — Toris S. Garner, 20, 227 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, having weapons while under a disability, possession of a controlled substance (Tramadol pills), possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for possession of marijuana and driving while under suspension following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard.
4:06 p.m. — Brian G. Fee, 36, 3119 Shelbourne Road, Boardman, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.
10:15 a.m. Sarah J. Machuga, 37, 46 Terrace Drive, Boardman, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for theft, and Stephen A. Machuga Jr., 49, of the same address, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for receiving stolen property.
10 a.m. –Keon M. Chism, 30, 55 Wilhelm St., Struthers, was arrested on Boardman warrants for felony assault, discharging a firearm near prohibited premises, domestic violence and endangering children.
Aug. 19, 4:43 p.m. — Dominic J. Cappelli, 19, 440 Mathews Road, Boardman, and Raymond A. Hammonds III, 22, 8019 East Brooke Trail, Poland, were each charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
4:27 p.m. — Taneja D. Williams, 21, 188 Clarencedale Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard.
3:15 p.m. — Leeana D. Bermudez-Shaulis, 21, 690 East Martin St., East Palestine, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft after turning herself in at the police station.
2:44 a.m. — Crisspin L. Crago II, 36, 5300 East Calla Road, New Middletown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.
Aug. 18, 10:18 p.m. — Shannon L. Hrosar, 40, 2797.5 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on a Campbell warrant for failure to appear following a call to the Wagon Wheel Motel, 7015 Market St, regarding a person management wanted removed from the premises.
5:30 p.m. — Following a dispatch to Boardman Inn, 7109 Market St., to locate a missing person entered by Youngstown police, the missing person was located and Amin Ali As-Sabur, 40, 962 Martin Luther King Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with violation of a protection order.
3:45 p.m. — Stephen L. Kness, 58, 12760 Woodworth Road, New Springfield, was charged with theft and was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for operating a vehicle while impaired following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
2:15 p.m. — Michael F. Weimer Sr., 72, 4731 Lake Park Road, Boardman, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
1:15 p.m. — Jose A. Lopez, 37, 135 Byron St., Youngstown, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Marc’s, 7121 Tiffany Blvd.
11:26 a.m. — Jasmine D. Flores, 36, 290 Penhale Ave., Campbell, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for theft.
10:42 a.m. — Marcell W. Rush, 20, 7524 Oregon Trail, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for criminal trespassing and criminal damaging.
6:29 a.m. — Philip T. York, 29, 4020 Hillman Way, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.
Aug. 17, 12:41 p.m. — Richard J. Armstrong, 42, 317 South Forest Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of aggravated robbery, kidnapping, aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, having weapons while under disabilities, and discharging a weapon near prohibited premises following a report of a man waving a gun at Days Inn, 5485 South Ave.
Aug. 16, 5:51 p.m. — Linda L. Weyand, 53, 1250 Chafin Ave., East Liverpool, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Aug. 15, 4:38 p.m. — Kiara R. Perry, 19, 1794 Chester Ave., Wellsville, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
3:02 p.m. — Camryn A. Doctor, 21, 62 Baldwin St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
12:22 p.m. — Sergio R. Rivera, 36, 132 Blackburn St., Campbell, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing official business and resisting arrest following a shoplifting call at 265 Boardman Canfield Road.
12:05 p.m. — Julie A. Williams, 51, 344 Erskine Ave., was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.
12:06 a.m. — Josiah L. Smith, 25, 70 Morley Ave., Campbell, was cited on charges of open container and was arrested on a Campbell warrant for violation of a court order.
Aug. 14, 11:34 p.m. — Following a call to the area of Afton and Meadowbrook avenues regarding a fight, a 16-year-old Boardman girl was charged with unruly juvenile.
9:56 p.m. — Dejon D. Rogers, 21, 942 Cameron Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to 7053 West Blvd. regarding a fight.
4:24 p.m. — Jasmin N. Barham, 37, and Galatia R. Elliot, 30, both of 920 Shehy St., Youngstown, were each arrested on a charge of theft.
