YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Auditor’s Office has reopened to the public while taking precautions necessary to protect staff and the public.

Taxpayers can receive in-person service at the office at the courthouse from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. The number of people permitted at the counter area is limited to three at a time and social distance circles are on the floor.

To limit contact, the office has made it possible for most, if not all, business with attorneys and title companies to be accomplished through a drop-off system in the hall outside the office.
